TCA Recognizes Bennett Driver Denny Cattell as Highway Angel
The Truckload Carriers Association recognized Bennett DriveAway’s Denny Cattell as a Highway Angel for his willingness to stop and assist an elderly driver and family on August 1, 2018. Road debris had torn into their RV, stranding them on I-80 in Illinois. Denny helped the family avoid a potentially dangerous situation.
For his willingness to assist his fellow driver, TCA has presented Cattrell with a certificate, patch, lapel pin, and truck decals. Since the program’s inception in August 1997, hundreds of drivers have been recognized as Highway Angels for the exemplary kindness, courtesy, and courage they have displayed while on the job.
