Pilot Fly J Fuel Update

Updates as of 7:00 PM last night (FYI, while the Pilot in Carnesville, GA listed below is out of fuel, we made an operations decision to supply the FJ in Carnesville, GA at the same exit as it is a larger store):

We also published updates to the Pilot Flying J website and our Facebook and Twitter channels.

  • Diesel deliveries expected this evening:
    • Pilot #56, Kannapolis, NC
    • Flying J #713, Latta, SC
    • Pilot #4584, Latta, SC
    • Pilot #7971, Conover, NC
    • Pilot #7996, Monroe, NC
    • Flying J #623, Quincy, FL
  • No diesel until further notice:
    • Pilot #4557, Carnesville, GA (FJ in Carnesville, GA has diesel)

Pipeline Updates as of 5/11/21 at 7pm:

  • We are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting to rapidly changing conditions.
  • All of our locations are currently open.
  • Currently, diesel is available at most of our locations with select stores experiencing outages as we work to bring in more supply.
  • We are doing everything we can to ensure that fuel is available and that there are limited supply interruptions.
  • For store-specific updates, we will notify customers and post to our Pilot Flying J website and social channels.

For locations where there is a shortage of fuel:

  • We greatly apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We are working hard to minimize supply interruptions due to the Colonial Pipeline cyber-attack and the resulting spike in demand.
  • We are pulling resources from other areas and doing everything we can to get more diesel delivered as quickly as possible.
  • We greatly appreciate your patience as we work to keep up with the quickly evolving market.

Are we limiting the number of gallons a Guest can buy:

  • We have NOT imposed limits.
  • Guests may continue their regular fueling patterns; however, we ask that they do not stock-up unnecessarily as this will cause additional strain on inventory.

loren: Fuel Manager Services Inc. "Serving the trucking industry since 1992" I've been in and around the trucking industry for 45-years beginning in owner operator operations at Willis Shaw Express. I bought a small trucking company that I ran for 6-years then sold and went to work for J.B. Hunt Transport in 1982. After 10-years with Hunt, I started Fuel Manager Services, Inc., we are in our 29th year of serving the American trucking companies. Our simple goal was and is to bridge the gap between the trucking companies and the fuel suppliers.
