- Oil prices rose on Tuesday due to growing supply outages, with international benchmark Brent crude trading near a multi-year high.
- Crude futures sharply pared morning gains after U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Washington will consider extending sanctions relief to some buyers of Iranian crude.
- One Norwegian oilfield shut as hundreds of workers on offshore oil and gas rigs went on strike, while Libya’s national oil production fell following recent oil port closures.
