- Oil prices rebound from a morning slump, hitting their highest levels since late November.
- Nigeria is willing to reduce oil output to help secure higher prices, a spokesman said, after a Saudi envoy called on the nation to adhere to a deal to cut output.
- The Energy Information Administration forecasts U.S. shale production will hit a record 8.4 million barrels per day next month.
