As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we will continue to update you on the status of our operations across the country. The health and safety of your drivers and our team members while they work to keep America moving is our highest priority.
Below is the latest information on our services and a few of the measures we are taking to try to help protect the health and safety of our customers:
• Fuel supply is currently unaffected and is not expected to be an issue going forward.
• We continue to provide education, guidance and resources to our team members to help ensure that our facilities remain clean and safe. We are employing even more frequent and vigorous cleaning and disinfecting efforts with a particular focus on showers, restrooms and high touch surfaces.
• Due to growing local and state regulations, and out of an abundance of caution, this evening our restaurants will begin the process of temporarily closing the in-store dining seating areas. We will continue to be fully operational for carry out and drive through food offerings.
• We understand the importance of shower availability. Our shower service is operating as normal, and we will continue to focus on providing clean showers for our customers.
• TirePass arms for the TirePass lanes will remain up until further notice. TirePass will be offered on request only. Drivers are allowed to fuel in the TirePass lane if they aren’t using TirePass.
• We have updated our drink refill policy, which will allow customers to use a new, disposable Love’s cup to refill their personal mug. As always, My Love Rewards credits and My Love Rewards points can be used for refills.
• For customers and employees, we continue to focus on placing additional hand sanitizing stations at our locations wherever possible.
We will remain diligent in monitoring the situation and working to take precautionary measures to help keep drivers safe and productive.
