Dear Love’s Customer,

 As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop, we wanted to update you on our efforts to keep your drivers healthy as they travel across the country and help keep America moving. The health and safety of our team members and customers is vitally important to us, and we are working to continue to provide a safe and clean environment for everyone.

 Love’s has developed a task force in response to COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus) that is focused on monitoring the situation and providing education, guidance and resources to our employees. We have put protocols in place so that we can maintain regular business when possible, while remaining diligent in regard to COVID-19.

 Here are a few things that we’re doing:

  • Increasing cleaning and disinfecting efforts at our locations.
  • Increasing focus on hand washing for customers and employees – including placing additional hand sanitizing stations at our locations across the country.
  • Preparing response plans for a variety of scenarios, to be implemented if necessary.
  • Providing on-going education on and resources for employees on COVID-19.

 We have always been committed to providing safe, clean and well-maintained stops that help get our drivers back on the road quickly and we’ll continue to make that our priority. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative.
