| To Our Valued Customers: Due to an identified fuel tax requirement in Oregon, Love’s will no longer be able to offer OPIS discounts in the state as of February 1st, 2025. Your current discount for Oregon will be transitioned to a retail minus discount at a comparable rate to your last six-month average in this state. To purchase ex-tax fuel at Love’s, drivers are required to: 1. Select that they are exempt at the pump; and 2. Enter in the vehicle license plate number. Unfortunately, we have seen a steady increase in driver lack of compliance to these rules which necessitates the change in strategy.
