We also published updates to the Pilot Flying J website and our Facebook and Twitter channels.

Pipeline Updates as of 5/11/21 at 7pm:

  • We are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting to rapidly changing conditions.
  • All of our locations are currently open.
  • Currently, diesel is available at most of our locations with select stores experiencing outages as we work to bring in more supply.
  • We are doing everything we can to ensure that fuel is available and that there are limited supply interruptions.
  • For store-specific updates, we will notify customers and post to our Pilot Flying J website and social channels.

For locations where there is a shortage of fuel:

  • We greatly apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We are working hard to minimize supply interruptions due to the Colonial Pipeline cyber-attack and the resulting spike in demand.
  • We are pulling resources from other areas and doing everything we can to get more diesel delivered as quickly as possible.
  • We greatly appreciate your patience as we work to keep up with the quickly evolving market.

Are we limiting the number of gallons a Guest can buy:

  • We have NOT imposed limits.
  • Guests may continue their regular fueling patterns; however, we ask that they do not stock-up unnecessarily as this will cause additional strain on inventory.
