Bennett Expands its Oilfield Service Capabilities with Addition of American Eagle Division

MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA (July 30, 2021) – The Bennett Family of Companies is pleased to be able to expand its oilfield service capabilities with the new acquisition of American Eagle, a Broussard, Louisiana-based company founded in 2011. Bennett Motor Express, LLC completed the asset purchase of American Eagle following the pandemic and fluctuations in the oil industry demand.
American Eagle, a division of Bennett Motor Express, LLC, is an industry leading full-service provider of expedited logistics, transportation, and brokerage services to 1000+ customers in the oil and gas industry, primarily serving the Gulf Coast region. With terminals positioned throughout the oil patches of Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma, American Eagle specializes in the shipping of oil and gas freight throughout North America.
With a strong reputation in the oil and gas industry, American Eagle will be able to expand Bennett’s capabilities in this area. American Eagle’s offices being in Broussard/Lafayette, Louisiana, they are in a unique position to be able to handle off-shore oil rig freight from the Gulf of Mexico as well as on-shore drilling and support equipment in the oilfields of Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Bennett specializes in other services, including over-dimensional and heavy haul logistics, international freight forwarding and cross-border services from Mexico through their gateway terminal located in Laredo, Texas. American Eagle will now be able to offer these additional capabilities as a division of Bennett Motor Express, LLC.
