Bennett’s agents were completely surrounded by their Bennett family and friends, where they enjoyed luxurious surroundings, accommodations and the finest food as they attended social gatherings and strategic business meetings. The theme of this year’s Symposium was “Game On, Laser-Focus” with a goal to get agents and employees prepared for 2017.
Attendees were treated to a Las Vegas Casino Night Welcome Reception on their first night, in which they were given fake money to play such games as black jack, craps, poker, roulette and wheel games to win raffle tickets for prizes. During the afternoon, they participated in wine-tastings and visited the Historic Panoz Racing Car Museum. Also that day, Bennett leaders met with the agent advisory boards for each division to hear their concerns and discuss solutions.
“This was our first Symposium ever, and there’s not words to describe how impressed we are and truly amazed at the things Bennett does for its people,” expressed agent Chad Honea in a social media post on Bennett’s Facebook page. “There’s no doubt in my mind why this company is not only greatly successful, but going to be a major growing force for years to come! And we’re just glad to be a part of it!”
In the afternoon, a Business Arcade offered agents the chance to visit tables set up by various departments to learn about the resources available to help them manage their businesses better.
On the last day, numerous awards for service, performance and revenue were presented at both a plated lunch and later in the Oscars-style awards banquet that Bennett’s leaders organize every year. In the banquet, Bennett leaders presented revenue and special awards to the top performers among Bennett’s employees, drivers and agents.
By the end of the weekend, many agents had expressed that they believed this was the best Symposium they had ever attended. It just gets better and better every year, as Bennett leaders never stop striving to come up with new and better ways to show how much they appreciate their agents and employees and all they contribute to Bennett’s success.
