Our History
The seeds of Bennett Truck Transport were sown in 1994. At that time, industry veteran and senior executive, Ted Paul said to Bennett’s leadership team “Think of all the possibilities. Bennett moving manufactured housing all over the United States.” Since that time Bennett Truck Transport has grown through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.Through the years, BTT acquired Pride Lines, Morgan DriveAway and Barrett Transport to bring more capacity and experience to the growing company. In 1999, with the acquisition of Barrett Transport, BTT became the number one carrier of manufactured housing and commercial buildings in the industry. In 2019, Bennett acquired RoadMasters Transport, now RoadMasters, a division of Bennett Truck Transport, giving our customers even more toter capacity.
