For Our Carriers, We Provide Support Through
We issue payments within seven days without a fee, or you can choose to use our quick-pay program through EFS.
When you go through the onboarding process, you’ll be able to download a mobile app that will provide access to Bennett’s load board. You can also request that we email the loads to you.
No more 800 numbers that get you passed around to different people you don’t know. With Bennett, we assign you your own personal contact to call if you have questions or concerns about any issues. That person will be your point of contact. They will take care of anything you need, 24/7/365 live support. ELD Device & Data Processing Support.
If you transport five or more loads a month, we’ll provide an ELD device for your driver, as well as the monthly ELD service fee. We’ll mail the device to you, or you can go to any of our Bennett facilities nationwide, and we’ll install it for you.
We understand as an owner-operator, fuel, and maintenance are two of the largest expenses. Bennett has partnerships for discounts on fuel within our extensive network of vendors, including Travel Centers of America, Petro, Love’s Travel Stop, and Wilco Hess.

Quick Pay Program
Bennett offers the following quick pay program in addition to the normal 3-day pay period. For your convenience, Bennett will pay freight carriers via EFS within 48 hours of receiving the original paperwork for a minimum processing fee of 3%.

To ensure the security (chain of possession) of your company’s payment, Bennett will issue freight carriers an EFS card. The freight carrier can set up the Comdata card and access settlement funds to wire into your company bank account. Use the card at any Comdata Truck Stop.
Payment Processing
Note: The following is required by our billing department upon delivery of a load:
- A signed rate confirmation
- A company invoice that includes the total amount due and the remit to address
- All ORIGINAL delivery bills of lading, signed by the customer, with no notation of damage, shortage, or delay, copies of permits, lumper receipts, and any other paperwork needed for reimbursement
