SC&RA Scholarships and Grants Available for 2017-2018

Because Bennett is a member of the Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association, their scholarship program is available to our employees, agents, drivers, spouses and children pursuing a 4 year degree. Grant programs are available to the same group as well as to the general public who have an interest in our industry and would like to enroll in vocational or technical education to advance their career. Bennett Motor Express (BME) owner-operators, Daniel and Phyllis Snow with Snow Trucking recently attended the 75 Chrome Shop’s 25th Annual Truck Show Extravaganza held on April 28-30, 2023, in Wildwood, Florida. During the show, they were approached by “Mutha Trucker News” to speak on the current state of the freight market. Since the beginning of this year, the team drivers have only been home one week. The couple shared how it is very hard to find freight and be able to make a living without putting in the extra hours out on the road in today’s market.

Bennett Family of Companies’ freight agents, field offices and company employees gathered for Bennett’s Ft. Worth Symposium held on March 9-11th at the beautiful Omni Hotel in Ft.
